Plukenetia Volubilis known as Sacha Inchi, comes from millenary cultures, which has been carefully taken care of and cultivated by the communities of the Ecuadorian Amazon. The main benefits and components of the Sacha Inchi are: proteins, amino acids, essential fatty acids (omegas 3, 6, and 9) and vitamin E (tocopherols and tocotrienols compared to other seeds such as peanuts, palm, corn, soybeans, sunflower ). Research shows that the consumption of omega oils and vitamin E are a great help both therapeutically and for the control of free radicals, since these are the ones that produce a series of pathologies and diseases in the body.

 

From this plant, extra virgin oil is extracted, which has a large amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids greater than 83%.

Sacha Inchi, showed that it can be added in the diet, eating about 10-25 seeds per day, increasing the chances to heal many diseases and prevent others.
